For all packages:
  • Required Refundable Damage/Cleaning Deposit - 25% of Booking Fee.
  • 25% of booking fee will be non-refundable if event is cancelled within 30 days of scheduled event.
  • Food, Beverage, and Dance packages are sold separately.
  • Furniture may not be placed on the dance floor without prior approval from Owner/Management, there is a $300 charge for removing the dance floor
